U.S. National

Steven Klumb, President

U.S. National Insurance is a retail, property and casualty insurance agency located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  We are a full service insurance brokerage that specializes in business insurance, worker's compensation, personal insurance, risk management, carrier audits, and premium financing.  Our team of insurance advisors have extensive marketplace knowledge and represent both businesses and individuals throughout the United States.

U.S. National Insurance was created to bring a positive change to an industry that is often perceived as dishonest, unorganized, or unethical.  Prior to launching U.S. National, the executive team had been witness to a countless number of organizations that put money and greed before the people and culture.  These organizations promote their guiding principles as a "lifestyle" built upon opportunity and ethics but represented the exact opposite in their business practice and their personal lives.  Our business is committed to leading the industry in a movement that represents the "new era" of insurance organizations that has an unwavering commitment to doing what is right for our stakeholders before doing what is most profitable for our business.  From our point of view, the term "stakeholders" is inclusive of everyone that we interact with - Our families, employees, partners, clients, and the community.  Both in business and in our personal lives we are committed to fostering a culture that equally appreciates each and every stakeholder.

The core values of U.S. National Insurance make up the foundation of our business and exemplify our commitment to maintaining a workplace that promotes loyalty, collaboration, empathy, and integrity.  Our core values are not merely written statements.  They represent a lifestyle by which we live and breathe every day.  We firmly believe that our key to achieving a positive and lasting impact on the industry will be to stay true to the core values by which the business was created.  Anything less is a failure.
