• Copies of the last two years W-2's.
• If you have any Rental Income you need to supply Self Employed Documentation listed below.
• Copies of current Drivers License's for each borrower.

• Two years tax returns (Personal), (All Pages).
• Two years corporate or partnership returns (All Pages).
• Year to date Profit & Loss. · Rental Agreements.

Verification of Funds:

• 2 months checking account statements. Please include every numbered page.
• 2 months savings account statements. Please include every numbered page.
• 2 months investment account statements. Please include every numbered page.
• IRA, 401K, etc. statements. Please include every numbered page.
• Insurance policy cash value.
• Closing Statement of Real Estate Sale if funds are being used for the current purchase. (HUD Settlement Statement).

Relocation Package:

• Copy of relocation agreement.
• Copy of any funds received due to relocation.
