- Two years tax returns (Personal), (All Pages).
- Two years corporate or partnership returns (All Pages).
- Year to date Profit & Loss. · Rental Agreements.
Verification of Funds:
- 2 months checking account statements. Please include every numbered page.
- 2 months savings account statements. Please include every numbered page.
- 2 months investment account statements. Please include every numbered page.
- IRA, 401K, etc. statements. Please include every numbered page.
- Insurance policy cash value.
- Closing Statement of Real Estate Sale if funds are being used for the
current purchase. (HUD Settlement Statement).
Relocation Package:
- Copy of relocation agreement.
- Copy of any funds received due to relocation.
- Bridge loan documents.
Insurance Agent Information.
Purchase and Sale Agreement.
Divorce Decree (All Pages).
